Requirements
What you will do
We’re excited to welcome you to our dynamic team, where your responsibilities will include:
- Market and target group analysis: Conduct research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and industries
- Supporting growth strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for business development
- General daily support: Provide project-related, administrative, and organizational support to management and the Business Development Manager
- Creating presentations and reports: Prepare and create materials for tenders and proposals
- Data management: Maintain and regularly update the CRM database to optimise customer relationships
- Certification processes: Assist in preparing and implementing internal measures for certifications, coordinating with relevant departments
Who you are

- Currently enrolled in a degree course in Business, Management, Innovation Management or a related field
- Initial experience in Business Development, Consulting or Project Management, e.g., through internships or working student roles
- A self-motivated and proactive work style with a willingness to take responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset, combined with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Monday CRM), Microsoft Office and proficiency in Figma
- Additional skills (not essential but a plus): experience in pitch creation, presentation techniques or project coordination
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
