What you will do
We’re excited to welcome you to our dynamic team, where your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Development & Maintenance: Lead the ongoing evolution of our brand identity and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies to engage relevant audiences and strengthen brand awareness.
- Customer Retention & Experience: Create measures to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Event Management: Plan and deliver events, exhibitions and webinars to increase our market visibility.
- Social Media Management: Build and maintain social media strategies, including community management and driving follower engagement.
- Employer Branding: Help shape our employer brand with targeted campaigns that attract talent and reinforce our reputation.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Foster and grow relationships with partners, collaborators and key stakeholders to extend our reach.
Who you are
If this description matches your profile, we’d love to hear from you.
- You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in marketing, ideally within a dynamic industry.
- With your hands-on approach, you are always ready to take the initiative and tackle tasks independently.
- An analytical mind combined with a creative streak – you have the ability to turn big ideas into actionable concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
